honestly I’m not sure it shouldn’t be a noarch recipe…).Īlas, this is sort of the state of the arm64 affairs. The first due to tensorflow, the latter simply wasn’t migrated (I’ve triggered the bot, but it still needs the maintainer to check, merge, etc. Some parts are on pypi and some on conda-forge, but-just off the top of my head-stardist and redlionfish are not yet arm64 on conda-forge (but both install using pip). It’s not possible to install devbio as one package on arm64 at the moment. Regarding devbio in arm64 env, I assume you were trying the instructions using conda/mamba? ![]() Napari+devbio was the x86 rosetta env, right? install napari and napari-stardist pluginĪny suggestions on how to get all three working together highly appreciated.Mamba create -y -n stardist-env python=3.9 create conda env and install tensorflow + stardist. ![]() Sh ~/Downloads/Miniforge3-MacOSX-arm64.sh In any case, here is how I managed to get napari + stardist to work:Ĭhmod +x ~/Downloads/Miniforge3-MacOSX-arm64.sh (for context, I wanted to work through the tutorial you wrote at: Explorative image data science with napari - FocalPlane) So now I can install napari + devbio and napari + stardist but not napari+devbio+stardist into the same environment. Presumably the order of how to install things matters. Of course, happy to! I have to say that, unfortunately, while I did manage to install napari + stardist + napari-stardist into the same conda environment, I did not manage to also install napari-devbio afterward. Is that causing the issue? How else would I install tensorflow-deps?
